The Gilding Kit includes 3 gold mirror effect leaves 14 x 14 cm, and a relief gilding paste 20 ml. Use the gilding paste to add dimensional or flat details to a clean and dry surface (wood, plaster, glass, metal, cardboard). Once dry and tacky, the included mirror effect sheets can be transferred to the gilding application using the back of fingernail, or any other rigid object. Use a varnish to protect the work against metal oxydation. Conforms to ASTM D-4236. AP certified.
